We are on a mission to help a million+ consumer brands with automated sales and user acquisition via our Omnichannel Marketing and Support suite (WhatsApp/Instagram/Email and SMS). We have moved into enterprise domains and also expanded into international markets.

Position Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant at BOB. He/She will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to accounting, bookkeeping, Bank reconciliation and preparation of MIS, other Adhoc requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, and accuracy in maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation activities.
• Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately in accounting software (Tally/Zoho Books)
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice generation, follow-up on collections, and vendor payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations regularly and ensure all financial records are up to date.
• Prepare & file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances in coordination with external consultants or auditors.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Provide management with insights and financial summaries to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting
• Knowledge of tax regulations and advisory
• Ability to analyze financial data and produce accurate reports
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficient in using accounting software like tally, Zoho and MS Excel is a must
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant degree or certification in accounting or finance
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Experience in a start-up environment is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
