Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

• The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for the accurate accounting and timely financial reporting of the organization.
• The role includes finalization of accounts, preparation of MIS and regulatory reports, tax compliance, audit coordination, and supporting treasury and financial planning activities.
• The candidate will ensure strict adherence to statutory guidelines including RBI and Companies Act regulations.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations and ensure timely finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements.
• Prepare, analyze, and review Management Information System (MIS) reports, financial statements, and regulatory filings, including compliance with RBI and NBFC guidelines.
• Oversee and coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, tax, and concurrent audits.
• Handle direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and reconciliation of tax accounts.
• Monitor cash flow, fund utilization, and implement effective treasury and cost control measures.
• Support the CFO/Finance Head in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, RBI guidelines, and other applicable statutory frmeworks.
• Review and enhance internal controls, risk management frameworks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in managing audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance in the banking/finance sector is preferred.
