Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant based in Lucknow. The Chartered Accountant will handle tasks including financial audits, tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, and advisory for corporate clients. The role involves managing and resolving complex tax and financial challenges, maintaining compliance with regulations, providing insights for operational efficiency, and delivering support for industrial promotion schemes, project funding, and restructuring activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Audits, Financial Reporting, and Compliance Management
• Expertise in Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, and Tax Planning
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Financial Forecasting
• Knowledge of Banking, Funding, and Restructuring processes
• Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills with the ability to manage complex cases
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse professionals and clients
• CA qualification with relevant work experience in audits, taxation, and advisory
• Exposure to industrial promotion schemes and advisory in this domain is an advantage
