Company Secretary Summary We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to ensure effective governance, legal compliance, and statutory reporting in line with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks. The Ideal Candidate Will Work Closely With The Board Of Directors, Management, Auditors, And Regulators To Uphold Corporate Integrity And Ensure Timely And Accurate Statutory Filings And & Statutory Compliance Ensure full compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, RBI regulations, SEBI, FEMA, and NBFC-specific guidelines. Maintain and update statutory registers, secretarial records, and compliance & Committee Support: Draft, review, and circulate Board and Committee meeting notices, agendas, resolutions, and minutes. Ensure timely communication and documentation of Board decisions and resolutions. Facilitate smooth coordination between Board of Directors, management, and & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with RBI, ROC, SEBI, auditors, and legal advisors for statutory submissions, inspections, and audits. Act as a point of contact for regulators and ensure timely response to compliance queries or Governance & Advisory: Advise senior management on matters related to corporate governance, legal compliance, secretarial standards, and risk mitigation. Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory frameworks across the & Strategic Support: Assist in drafting shareholder agreements, NDAs, MoUs, policies, and other legal documents. Job Summary The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for the accurate accounting and timely financial reporting of the organization. The role includes finalization of accounts, preparation of MIS and regulatory reports, tax compliance, audit coordination, and supporting treasury and financial planning activities.
