• CA Qualified

• Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar field

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Leadership qualities with the ability to drive initiatives

• Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for budgeting and financial planning for the business

• Perform month-end accounting and reporting using Tally/SAP, MS Excel, and other tools

• Review, validate, and update accounting records, ensuring compliance with processes and regulations

• Liaise with stakeholders and provide timely MIS and financial updates

• Conduct Balance Sheet reconciliations and resolve open items

• Ensure accurate accounting, controlling, and reporting in Tally/SAP at all levels – Chart of Accounts, GL, cost centers, Internal Orders, and monthly accruals

• Take ownership of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting

• Prepare accurate forecasts, highlight risks, and suggest mitigation measures

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making

• Finalize and monitor productivity and cost-effectiveness measures

• Drive and partner in cost optimization and process improvement projects

• Review and propose costing guidelines aligned with business requirements
