Chartered Accountant

Responsibilities:

·      Manage and oversee the end-to-end accounting process, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

·      Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS).

·      Handle taxation, GST, TDS, income tax filing, and statutory audits.

·      Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis to support strategic business decisions.

·      Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws.

·      Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and financial institutions for audits, assessments, and financial planning.

·      Oversee MIS reporting to management with accurate insights on cost analysis, variance analysis, and profitability.

·      Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen financial governance.

·      Support in fund management, vendor payment cycles, and cash flow optimization.

·      Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth financial operations.

Education & Experience:

·      Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

·      Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, and taxation, preferably in a technology or service-based organization.

·      Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

·      Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.

·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·      High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

·      Experience in financial planning, MIS, and audit management will be an added advantage.
