Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on GenAI, NLP, and LLMs. · Evaluate and fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, Cohere). · Build and deploy NLP pipelines for tasks such as text summarization, question answering, semantic search, and text classification. · Architect and implement custom RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. · Conduct prompt engineering and prompt tuning for specific business use cases. · Design and implement A/B tests, experiments, and statistical analysis to measure model performance. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, ML engineers, product managers, and domain experts. · Contribute to research papers, technical blogs, or whitepapers representing company innovation. · Guide and mentor junior data scientists and analysts. Requirements: · 5–8 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles. · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics , or a related field. · Strong hands-on experience with GenAI , LLMs , and modern NLP architectures (e.g., Transformers, BERT, T5, GPT, etc.). · Proficiency with Python and key ML/NLP libraries: PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, spaCy, NLTK, etc. · Deep understanding of embedding models , vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate), and RAG techniques. · Experience in training/fine-tuning large-scale models on cloud GPU environments. · Expertise in ML Ops tools and techniques (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, versioning). · Strong background in Analytics , Statistical modelling , A/B testing , and Data Visualization . · Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure. · Solid understanding of software engineering principles and scalable ML system design.
