Job Description

Job Summary:

Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS/GST/Income Tax Act).
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
Conduct financial audits (internal and external), identify risks, and recommend improvements.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and other statutory returns within due dates.
Prepare financial budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and legal requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and accounting policies.
Manage payroll-related compliances like PF, ESI, and PT (if applicable).
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management for cost control, efficiency, and growth.

Required Skills :

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, direct & indirect taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
