Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Company: Delight Agrico Private Limited Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh Industry: Agro & Food Processing (Rice Manufacturing and Export) Employment Type: Full-time About the Company: Delight Agrico Pvt. Ltd., with over 50 years of legacy, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Swarna Parboiled Rice with a production capacity of 60,000 MT annually. We are expanding our footprint across domestic and international markets through our brands ‘Delight’ and ‘Amrit’. Our goal is to build a professionally managed agro-based company with strong financial governance. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our financial operations, ensure compliance, manage audits, and support strategic decision-making for business growth. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain and oversee all company accounts and ledgers in Tally or ERP systems. Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual accounts. Compliance & Taxation: Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings are accurate and timely. Liaise with statutory bodies and handle tax assessments or inspections. Audit & Reporting: Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors. Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and board reports. Lead cost control and internal audit measures. Financial Planning & Budgeting: Assist management in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and investment analysis. Monitor working capital and cash flow positions. Banking & Finance: Prepare CMA data, project reports, and liaise with banks for working capital, term loans, and adhoc limits. Ensure compliance with bank covenants and submit required financials. Export Finance & Documentation (Preferred): Handle pre-shipment/post-shipment finance, ECGC coverage, and RODTEP documentation. Support export-related costing, realization tracking, and foreign exchange management. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in manufacturing/export sector). Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and finance management tools. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, income tax laws, GST, and export incentives. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in handling statutory audits, compliance matters, and liaising with external stakeholders. Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and industry standards. Performance-linked incentives will be provided.
