Urgently Hiring for Qualified or Semi Qualified CA

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Chartered Accountant with deep expertise across Direct & Indirect Taxation, Audit, Corporate Law, Legal Liaisoning, and Strategic Finance. This role demands a sharp legal mind, operational excellence, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while managing complex regulatory landscapes and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Taxation & Compliance

• Lead GST, Income Tax, TDS filings, assessments, and appeals
• Structure tax-efficient contracts and transactions
• Handle litigation and representation before tax authorities

Audit & Financial Reporting

• Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits
• Ensure compliance with IND-AS, Companies Act, and audit trails
• Prepare and review Form 3CD, Form 16, and audit documentation

Legal Liaisoning & Litigation

• Coordinate with external counsels and represent the company in legal cases, notices, and regulatory hearings
• Draft and vet legal documents, MOUs, lease deeds, and contracts
• Liaise with government departments, ROC, GST, Income Tax, and legal forums

Accounting & Strategic Finance

• Lead financial closings, MIS, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Manage ERP systems (e.g., BUSY, Tally, SAP) and ensure audit-proof workflows
• Drive financial strategy, risk mitigation, and internal controls

Leadership & Governance

• Mentor finance and legal teams; build SOPs and compliance frameworks
• Collaborate with CXOs on fundraising, IPO readiness, and investor reporting
• Ensure ESG alignment and corporate governance best practices

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• CA with 10+ years of post-qualification experience
• Proven track record in tax litigation, legal liaisoning, and audit leadership
• Strong understanding of corporate law, FEMA, GST 2.0, and SEBI regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in multi-entity setups, IPO prep, and regulatory audits is a plus
