We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Specialist – Data Portfolio to drive the adoption of modern data solutions across enterprise and mid-market customers through a robust channel and partner ecosystem. The role requires hands-on experience with data platforms, analytics solutions, AI/ML, or database technologies, along with strong partner engagement and channel development capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT / Business Administration
* MBA preferred (not mandatory)
Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth for the Data portfolio by enabling, supporting, and empowering resellers and channel partners.
* Identify, onboard, and develop partners with strong data and analytics practice capabilities.
* Build and execute joint business development plans with partners to generate and grow sales pipeline.
* Position solutions across data platforms, BI/analytics, AI/ML, and cloud-native data management offerings.
* Collaborate with OEM teams and internal cross-functional stakeholders to support deal structuring and closure through partners.
* Conduct partner enablement sessions, trainings, workshops, and joint sales initiatives to strengthen solution adoption.
* Participate in channel marketing initiatives, demand generation campaigns, and partner-led events.
* Track, manage, and report partner pipeline, forecasts, and target achievement metrics.
Key Skills & Experience
* 5–8 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the IT industry.
* Strong background in selling databases, analytics, BI, or AI/ML solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Cloudera, Informatica, SAS, Microsoft Data & AI stack, Oracle Database, etc.).
* Solid understanding of the channel ecosystem, including VARs, resellers, and regional system integrators.
* Proven ability to drive partner enablement, solution positioning, and joint go-to-market execution.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving channel-driven revenue growth.
