Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Channel Sales Manager. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with channel partners, driving sales through channel networks, and achieving sales targets. This role includes identifying new revenue opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, managing partner performance, and delivering training and support to enable partner success. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and manage partnerships to achieve mutual business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Channel Sales Management, Partner Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Experience in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Revenue Growth
  • Proficiency in presenting, negotiation, and communication with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Private Cloud, and Colocation services
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pune and travel as required for partner collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant industry experience
  • Relevant certifications or understanding of compliance standards like SOC 2, ISO, PCI-DSS is an added advantage
