Job Description

Location – Pune, Bangalore, Delhi.





 

Key Responsibilities

✓ Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, system integrators, and B2B resellers to expand market reach.

 

✓ Drive partner-led demand generation through joint go-to-market initiatives, lead sharing, and pipeline development.

 

✓ Work closely with partners to identify and pursue enterprise, corporate, and institutional sales opportunities.

 

✓ Enable partners through product training, sales tools, value propositions, and solution positioning.

 

✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and channel stakeholders.

 

✓ Prepare and deliver business presentations, solution proposals, and commercial offers aligned to customer requirements.

 

✓ Support partners in deal qualification, negotiation, and closure to achieve revenue targets.

 

✓ Track partner performance, sales pipeline, forecasts, and activities using CRM tools.

 

✓ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, service, and operations) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

 

✓ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to drive new business opportunities.

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

4-8 years of experience

 

✓ Prior experience in Telecom / IT / Office Automation / Technology Product or Solution Sales is mandatory.

 

✓ Strong understanding of channel business models, partner management, and indirect sales.

 

✓ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 

✓ Proven ability to build, nurture, and scale partner relationships.

 

✓ Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 

✓ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

 

✓ Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

 

✓ Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales enablement platforms.

 

✓ Willingness to travel as required for partner and customer engagements.
