Job Description

Role:

  • To supervise the complete performance of the Territory sales team and work as team member in Branch.
  • Responsible for guiding the CSEs and Store Promoters appropriately so as to achieve KPI/OKR targets.
  • Maintain quality and standardized Partner relationship in respective Territory.
  • Works towards the future growth of the territory & Branch.
  • Ensure Retail hygiene is maintained in each and every Store under his territory. Co-work with HOs Retail Hygiene team to bridge the gap between ALP Partners and end Customers.
  • Responsible for proper Placement of new product launch at each and every Exclusive stores/ shop in shop and promoter shops to align with marketing campaigns.
  • Review monthly results of CSEs; co-work with them to improve. Timely guidance to the CSEs.
  • Prepare a list of potential new Key accounts partners. Prepare list of untouched IT clusters for Store expansion/ discuss with the team and branch Sales manager.
  • Review the performance of each Exclusive store/PSIS/AWP Partners by using Activation report./ teach team to use it.
  • Responsible to increase WOD in the territory.
  • Review performance of each AGP/ T3 Partners to grow WOD in the territory.
  • utilize efficiently all the Trackers provided by HO, train and guide Partners how to use it as a sales weapon.
  • Maintain effective ALP relationships in the Market.
  • Execute strategic business plans and monitor territory sales process and maintain product knowledge.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Industry Experience:

    Minimum

    5-8 years of field channel sales experience

    in the

    Laptop/PC, IT hardware, or consumer electronics industry

    .
  • Channel Exposure:

    Proven experience in handling

    IT channel partners

    , distributors, and retailers with strong understanding of

    sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out

    metrics.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Hands-on knowledge of

    laptops, desktops, AIOs, PC components

    , and basic understanding of configurations, pricing, and competitor products.
  • Mobility & Field Work:

    Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Good communication skills in

    English and regional language

    , with strong market-connect capability.
