Role Overview: As a Channel Sales Manager-OEM for IT Hardware Leasing at our leading equipment rental and financial solution company in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to develop and enhance business in the region through new customer acquisition for IT equipment leasing and financing from the channel community. You will play a crucial role in generating leads by collaborating with OEMs, partner vendors, banks, and NBFCs to provide equipment renting solutions to customers. Additionally, you will advise on and implement appropriate pricing and product structures aligned with customer financial objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and improve business in the region through new customer acquisition for IT equipment leasing and financing. - Generate leads by collaborating with OEMs, partner vendors, banks, and NBFCs to provide equipment renting solutions. - Analyze Financial Statements like Balance Sheet, P&L to identify business opportunities, assess the company's financial health, and explore funding options. - Identify leasing opportunities at large corporates in India and acquire new clients through vendor alliances and referrals. - Participate in Rate Contracts, RFP, RFQ, and Technical Discussions. - Formulate account strategies for major accounts to achieve desired business volume and meet top-line/bottom-line targets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in IT hardware leasing or related industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Financial Statements. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
