JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive business growth through B2B channels, Display Centers for Hydrogen/Alkaline Ionized Water machine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, product promotion, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to develop and execute strategies to expand our partner network and drive sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute strategies to expand our B2B partner network, including distributors, wholesalers and retailers for promotion & sales of our product range Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B partners, ensure they are equipped to successfully promote and sell our products. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that can drive sales growth and expand our market reach. Provide training and support to B2B partners on our range of products ensuring they have knowledge and resources needed to effectively promote and sell our products. Collaborate with all stake holders including partner teams to ensure alignment and support for B2B channel initiatives. Monitor and report on sales performance through B2B channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Develop and manage channel sales plans, budgets and forecasts to drive business growth. REQUIREMENTS Graduates with proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the health, wellness or technology products. Strong relationship-building, excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through B2B channels. Familiarity with Alkaline water or health-related products is a plus. DESIRED SKILLS Channel sales management and leadership skills. Relationship-building and partner management skills. Market analysis and research skills.
