Partnership & Channel Sales Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, India

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Partnership & Channel Sales Manager to architect and execute our global alliance ecosystem — building partnerships with consulting firms, technology companies, CPA practices, and BPO aggregators. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and relationship leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the global Partnership & Channel Sales Strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and onboard referral partners, consultants, and resellers in the US, UK, and GCC markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CPA firms, advisory firms, ERP implementation partners, and outsourcing aggregators.
  • Develop co-marketing, lead-sharing, and joint-go-to-market programs with strategic partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, incentive models, and commercial frameworks.
  • Work closely with the internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and execution.
  • Track performance, partner-generated pipeline, and ROI of alliance programs.
  • Represent Confiance at networking events, forums, and partnership expos globally.

Ideal Profile

  • 6–12 years of experience in Partnership / Channel / Alliance Management within BPO, SaaS, or Consulting industries.
  • Deep understanding of partnership economics — reseller, referral, white-label, or joint-delivery models.
  • Proven success in building global partnerships that drive multi-million-dollar pipelines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to move from conceptualization to execution.
