Job Description Key Responsibilities Partner Collaboration: Work closely with Freshworks certified partners to identify, qualify, and close SMB new business opportunities. Pipeline Management: Own and manage a partner-led pipeline, ensuring healthy coverage, accurate forecasting, and consistent follow-up. Enablement: Support and enable partners by providing sales collateral, and insights into successful sales strategies for SMB customers.
