Role Description-


The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing resellers and channel partners while ensuring they understand the company’s products and sales model. It requires providing training, marketing support, and continuous engagement to help partners drive sales. The person will regularly track partner performance, handle queries, and maintain strong relationships. Candidates should have sales or channel management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential resellers, agents, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Evaluate partner potential and alignment with company objectives.
  • Present the business model and value proposition effectively to on-board new partners
  • Provide product training, sales tools, and marketing materials to partners.
  • Motivate and engage partners to actively promote and sell the company’s products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.
  • Act as the key point of contact for partner queries and escalations.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates related to product launches, promotions, and policies.
  • Track and review partner sales performance regularly to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Submit regular reports on partner acquisition, engagement, and performance metrics.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, channel sales, or partner management (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to work independently and travel when required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
