Channel Sales Associate

As a part of i-Pangram Digital Services LLP, you will play a crucial role in identifying, onboarding, and managing resellers and channel partners to drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and approaching potential resellers, agents, distributors, and channel partners. - Evaluating partner potential and alignment with company objectives. - Effectively presenting the business model and value proposition to onboard new partners. - Providing product training, sales tools, and marketing materials to partners. - Motivating and engaging partners to actively promote and sell the company's products/services. - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. - Acting as the key point of contact for partner queries and escalations. - Ensuring timely communication and updates related to product launches, promotions, and policies. - Tracking and reviewing partner sales performance regularly to meet or exceed sales targets. - Submitting regular reports on partner acquisition, engagement, and performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in sales, channel sales, or partner management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Understanding of indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems. - Ability to work independently and travel when required. - Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
