Job Overview: A Channel Sales Associate is tasked with driving regional business expansion through a developing and maintaining relationship within dealer network. This role focuses on enhancing current partnerships, acquiring new dealers, and maintaining consistent sales performance. The ideal candidate will grow the channel ecosystem by building strong dealer alliances, increasing market penetration, and ensuring smooth partner coordinationdemonstrating proven skills in dealer engagement and an in-depth understanding of channel sales dynamics. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region. Drive both primary and secondary sales through a well-managed distributor and dealer network. Monitor sales performance regularly and implement corrective measures to bridge performance gaps. Appoint, onboard, and develop new channel partners and distributors to expand market reach. Maintain strong and effective relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders. Ensure all channel partners comply with company policies, processes, and business guidelines. Track and analyze competitor activities; provide relevant market intelligence to the marketing and product teams. Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and evolving market trends. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Officers or Executives (where applicable), fostering a performance-driven culture. Set team targets, monitor individual and team performance, and provide constructive feedback and training. Provide regular and accurate sales reports, business forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Analyze sales data and dealer performance reports to support strategic planning and improve sales efficiency. Requirements and skills: Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales within the electronics industry . Proven track record in dealer management and regional sales growth. Proficiency in Hindi is a must; knowledge of any regional language is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability and willingness to travel extensively Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
