Designation : Area Sales Manager Qualification : Any UG/PG Degree Experience : 3 to 8 Years Work Location : Tamilnadu Roles and Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors channels. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures to close gaps. Appoint, onboard, and develop new channel partners/distributors. Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, dealers. Ensure channel partner compliance with company policies and procedures. Identify new market opportunities and ensure penetration in untapped areas. Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to marketing and product teams. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Manage and mentor a team of Sales Officers or Executives (if applicable). Set targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and training. Analyze sales data to drive strategic decisions and improve efficiency.
