Job Overview: A Business Development Executive (Field Team) is a sales professional who helps an organization to grow by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Their duties include searching for new clients, finding new potential services to offer, and helping the company expand to new markets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits to identify new sales leads and promote company products/services. Report daily work updates to the authorized manager via Mail/SMS/WhatsApp or in person. Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Approach educational institutions, organizations, and individuals to explore potential markets. Schedule appointments, conduct meetings, and deliver product presentations. Inform customers about new product developments and offerings. Conduct field surveys to understand customer needs and market demands. Collaborate with the team through review meetings and provide feedback on leads from telecallers. Requirements and skills: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Interest in sales development or a similar role within Education infrastructure industry or similar Strong understanding of sales strategies and channel partner management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyses sales data and market trends to drive decision-making. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Willingness to travel as needed.
