Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Acquisition:
Grow the company’s network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new channel partners.
Develop a strategic plan to target and approach potential channel partners each month or quarter.
Assess the suitability of prospective partners based on their market presence, reputation, and alignment with company
values.
Present the company’s offerings and benefits to potential partners, tailoring pitches to address their specific needs.
Regularly track and report on the progress of new partner acquisitions to ensure targets are met.
2. Network Development:
Strengthen the company’s sales network by fostering strong, productive relationships with channel partners and real
estate agents.
Act as the main point of contact for all channel partners, providing them with the support and resources they need to
succeed.
Organize regular meetings, both in-person and virtual, to discuss sales strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with partners to develop co-marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales.
Monitor partner performance and provide feedback, training, and support to help them meet sales targets.
3. Customer Database Development:
Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database through channel partner interactions.
Work with channel partners to collect, organize, and maintain customer data, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
Develop strategies for expanding the customer database, including leveraging partner networks and customer referrals.
Ensure that all customer data is stored securely and used in compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Client Meeting Coordination:
Optimize the effectiveness of client meetings by coordinating with the Technical Sales Team.
Manage daily communication with channel partners to identify opportunities for client meetings.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the Technical Sales Team, ensuring that all parties are
well-prepared.
Provide follow-up support after meetings to address any outstanding questions or concerns and to move deals forward.
5.Channel Partner Activation:
Ensure that channel partners are actively engaged in sourcing activities to maintain a strong lead pipeline. Develop and
implement strategies to keep channel partners motivated and engaged in lead generation. Provide partners with the
tools, training, and resources they need to successfully source and qualify leads. Monitor the quality and quantity of
leads generated by partners and provide feedback and support as needed. Organize regular check-ins with partners to
review lead generation activities and address any challenges.
6. Product and Price Updates: Keep channel partners informed and competitive by regularly updating them on product
offerings and pricing. Develop and distribute regular updates on new products, pricing changes, and promotional offers.
Organize training sessions to educate partners on new products, ensuring they understand features, benefits, and
competitive positioning. Provide partners with sales materials, such as brochures, price lists, and product presentations,
to aid their sales efforts. Gather feedback from partners on product offerings and pricing, and relay this information to
the product development and pricing teams.
7. Cross-functional Relationship Management: Facilitate smooth operations and successful sales conversions by working
closely with cross-functional teams. Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams, such as Operations,
Project Management, and Technical Sales. Collaborate with the Operations and Project Management teams to ensure
that leads are effectively transitioned into sales. Coordinate with internal teams to address any issues or obstacles that
may arise during the sales process. Work with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure that partner needs and
market insights are considered in product development and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's Degree required; specialization in Civil Engineering preferred.
● 4+ years of experience in Sales Training, preferably within the construction industry, although not mandatory.
● Certification in Training or Learning & Development preferred.
● Proven track record in designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
● Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and construction industry dynamics.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt training strategies to meet regional
requirements
