Head – Channel Partner & Sourcing

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Design & build the sourcing organization structure (CP managers, corporate tie-up team, activations)

🔹 Develop CP incentive frameworks aligned with sales goals

🔹 Personally engage with top-tier CPs & institutional partners for business activation

🔹 Hire, mentor & lead sourcing managers/executives

events, training, loyalty programs & digital platforms

🔹 Report CP channel contribution distinctly (visits, bookings, revenue)

Key Deliverables:

📊 Sourcing team setup within 6 months

📊 50–70% sales contribution from CPs (Ahmedabad benchmark)

📊 Robust corporate partnership pipeline

📊 Structured CP meet/event calendar

Ideal Candidate:

✅ MBA/Graduate with strong sales background
