Channel Head

As the Head of Channel Partner & Sourcing at our esteemed client, a leading Real Estate Developer, your primary responsibility will be to establish and expand the sourcing vertical. You will be leading a high-performance team to drive maximum sales through Channel Partners (CPs), corporate tie-ups, and other alternative channels. Your role will involve designing and building the sourcing organization structure, which includes CP managers, a corporate tie-up team, and activations. You will be expected to develop CP incentive frameworks that are aligned with sales goals and personally engage with top-tier CPs and institutional partners for business activation. Additionally, hiring, mentoring, and leading sourcing managers/executives will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Driving CP engagement through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms will be critical. You will also be required to report CP channel contribution distinctly in terms of visits, bookings, and revenue. Key deliverables for this role include setting up the sourcing team within 6 months, achieving a sales contribution of 50-70% from CPs based on the Ahmedabad benchmark, building a robust corporate partnership pipeline, and establishing a structured CP meet/event calendar. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA or Graduate degree with a strong sales background. You should have 12-15 years of experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 5+ years in CP/Sourcing leadership roles at reputed developers. An extensive CP network across Ahmedabad and Gujarat, a proven track record of scaling CP-driven sales, and strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential for this role.
