You will be joining BASIC Home Loan, India's pioneering automated platform for secured lending, dedicated to the affordable housing sector to streamline the home loan process, ensuring speed and ease. Through a fusion of cutting-edge technology and a proficient network of home loan specialists, we adeptly shepherd customers from their preliminary research to loan approval and disbursement. Our innovative "Phygital" model extends our services to often underserved Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions, setting us apart from other digital lenders. This role as a full-time DST Channel Head is based in Mumbai and entails overseeing the channel sales operations, nurturing relationships with channel partners, and devising effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales data, leading and managing a team, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaboration with various departments will be essential to ensure seamless workflow and optimum customer satisfaction.
