Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligning with Smileguard’s mission and goals.
  • Identify and execute business growth opportunities through partnerships, new clinics and educational collaborations.
  • Drive innovation and ensure Smileguard stays ahead in the preventive dental care sector.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily operations of all departments including Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance and Partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth execution of camps, outreach programs and clinic collaborations.
  • Establish performance metrics and ensure all teams meet organizational goals.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and profitability goals.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and resource allocation efficiently.
  • Approve major investments and ensure financial sustainability.

Business Development & Networking

  • Represent Smileguard in key meetings, media interactions and partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, clinics, corporates and healthcare partners.
  • Identify new markets and strategic alliances to expand Smileguard’s reach.

Team Leadership & Organizational Culture

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate senior management and employees.
  • Foster a positive, ethical and performance-driven workplace culture.
  • Oversee recruitment and talent development strategies.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards and government regulations.
  • Implement systems that ensure data integrity and service quality.

Reporting & Performance Evaluation

  • Present regular performance reports, business updates and forecasts to the Board.
  • Track KPIs, ROI and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries.
  • Proven track record of business growth, team leadership and operational management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
