Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead Wander Nova Tourism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, strategic planning, operational excellence, and overall company profitability.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure all departments perform efficiently.
• Build partnerships and alliances to expand business across India, UAE, and international markets.
• Lead marketing and business development initiatives to increase revenue.
• Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure business targets are met.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, and company profitability.
• Supervise senior management and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality customer service delivery.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership qualities.
• Proven experience in managing teams and scaling operations.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, B2B/B2C travel sales, and tourism market trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
