Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that convert. You’ll manage the full lifecycle — from strategy and segmentation to automation and analytics — for Afloir and other brands under Goodlifestyle Media.

Your mission is to create beautiful, high-performing email flows and campaigns that enhance customer retention, build brand loyalty, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute weekly email and SMS campaigns for Afloir and partner brands.
• Design & build emails using Klaviyo (or similar platforms) - ensuring mobile-first, premium visuals.
• Set up automation flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback).
• Segment audiences based on customer behavior, demographics, and purchase history.
• A/B test subject lines, visuals, send times, and call-to-actions to optimize performance.
• Analyze campaign data (open rates, CTR, revenue, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative and performance teams to align email strategy with overall marketing goals.
• Maintain a consistent tone, design, and brand storytelling for Afloir and other luxury brands.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of email automation, flows, and deliverability best practices.
• Creative eye for design, copywriting, and storytelling.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple brand accounts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify integrations and e-commerce analytics.
• Basic understanding of SMS marketing and customer retention funnels.
• Familiarity with luxury or premium brand communication style.
• Photoshop or Canva design proficiency (a plus).
