CEO

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a proven track record of leadership in B2C industries—preferably in skincare, beauty, wellness, or FMCG. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments including product development, marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision to position the brand as a market leader in the skincare space.
• Growth & Revenue: Drive top-line growth through customer acquisition, retention strategies, global expansion, and channel diversification (DTC, retail, online).
• Brand Building: Oversee brand strategy and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining a strong, authentic connection with consumers.
• Product Innovation: Collaborate with product and R&D teams to develop high-quality, effective, and on-trend skincare products.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing executive team aligned with company goals and culture.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee company operations, budget management, supply chain, and overall business performance.
• Investor Relations: Report to the board and manage relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Customer-Centric Culture: Foster a deeply consumer-focused mindset throughout the organization, using insights and feedback to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (10+ years) in executive leadership roles, ideally as CEO, MD, or GM of a high-growth B2C company (preferably in skincare, beauty, personal care, or FMCG).
• Strong background in brand building, marketing, and product-led growth.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and omnichannel retail strategies.
• Experience in scaling businesses, entering new markets, and leading fundraising or M&A (preferred).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
