Role Summary
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day backend operations of the business. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing inventory levels, processing orders, handling logistics and fulfillment, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with warehouses and courier partners to ensure accurate and on-time dispatch of online and retail orders.
Liaise with third-party vendors including manufacturers, packers, logistics partners, and packaging suppliers for order status, quality checks, and deliveries.Monitor shipping timelines, manage tracking updates, and troubleshoot any delivery issues.Assist in placing and tracking purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.Maintain records of invoices, dispatches, inventory logs, and vendor communications.Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment across departments.Qualifications
