Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and empathetic dental doctor to join our mission of making preventive dental care affordable and accessible. The candidate will play a hybrid role, working both in-clinic and at community dental camps, and will be key in building trust with patients while driving enrollments into our SmileGuard preventive care packages.

Responsibilities

In-Clinic Duties

• Perform routine dental check-ups and provide basic treatments
• Maintain accurate patient case sheets and treatment records
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care best practices
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and empathetic clinical experience

Dental Camp Participation

• Attend SmileGuard dental screening camps at schools, townships, corporates, or rural communities
• Conduct on-site dental assessments and explain findings to patients
• Guide patients on available treatments and long-term oral care options

Conversion-Focused Communication

• Confidently pitch SmileGuard’s annual preventive care packages to camp and clinic visitors
• Address doubts and explain the value of early intervention vs delayed treatments
• Convert walk-ins and screened patients into paid subscribers through trust-building and clarity

Qualifications & Skills

• BDS (MDS preferred but not mandatory)
• Valid dental license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English + Telugu preferred)
• Comfortable working in both clinical and outreach settings
• Ability to empathize, educate, and convert patients into long-term SmileGuard subscribers

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000
• Performance Incentives: Based on enrollment conversions and camp impact

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
