Job Description: Center In - Charge

Position Overview

The Center In-charge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Center.

Ensuring smooth functioning, high-quality service delivery, student satisfaction, staff performance, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Center Operations Management

  • Oversee daily functioning of the center, ensuring all academic and administrative processes run efficiently.
  • Maintain center infrastructure, cleanliness, safety, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and branding guidelines.
  • Manage scheduling of classes, faculty allocation, and resource utilization.

2. Academic Coordination

  • Monitor quality of teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Coordinate with faculty/trainers to ensure timely completion of syllabus.
  • Support student academic progress through counseling, feedback sessions, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure proper conduct of exams, assessments, and results.

3. Admissions & Sales

  • Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and lead conversions for admissions.
  • Conduct center tours, counseling sessions, Seminars at colleges
  • Meet monthly admission and revenue targets of the Centre
  • Maintain CRM records and track inquiry-to-enrollment conversions.

4. Student Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for student and parent queries or concerns.
  • Lead student orientation programs and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Manage feedback surveys and take corrective action where needed.

5. Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise faculty and administrative staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback/coaching.
  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all activities.
  • Motivate the team to maintain high service and academic standards.

6. Marketing & Outreach

  • Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotional events.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and community organizations.
  • Drive digital and offline campaigns with marketing teams.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

7. Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily cash flow, fee collection, and financial records.
  • Submit periodic reports on admissions, revenues, expenses, and operations.
  • Monitor budgets and minimize operational costs without compromising quality.
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
