• Own monthly/quarterly admissions & revenue targets
• Manage the full sales funnel—from lead follow-up and counselling to enrolment closure and upselling add-on courses
• Maintain an accurate rolling forecast and daily sales dashboard
• Oversee class scheduling, faculty allocation, infrastructure upkeep, and compliance with SOPs
• Coordinate with HO for inventory, IT, and facility needs
• Ensure zero-downtime learning environments
• Monitor centre P&L, expense controls, and petty-cash reconciliation
• Achieve 100 % on-time fee collection; follow instalment schedules and minimise bad debt
• Submit weekly finance reports to HQ
• Implement feedback loops (NPS, surveys, one-on-one check-ins)
• Resolve grievances within 24 h SLA
• Drive referral programmes and alumni engagement
• Hire, train, and coach counsellors, tele-callers, and support staff
• Run daily huddles, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly incentive programmes
• 5–8 years in EdTech, or B2C sales (at least 2 yrs managing a P&L)
• Consultative selling & negotiations
• Team leadership & coaching
• Data-driven decision-making (CRM, Excel/Sheets)
• Event marketing & local partnerships
• Conflict resolution & customer success mindset
