About the role

Help launch and run our new Ghaziabad centre, driving admissions for Digital Skills courses while keeping day-to-day operations humming. Perfect for an ambitious counsellor or inside-sales executive ready to step up to branch leadership.


What you’ll do
  • Convert walk-ins and inbound leads; hit monthly revenue targets
  • Track every enquiry in Zoho CRM and follow up on fee instalments
  • Open/close the centre, ensure classrooms, trainers and equipment are ready
  • Deliver student orientations, collect feedback and resolve minor issues within 24 h
  • Send daily sales/attendance reports and a weekly petty-cash log to HQ

  • What you’ll bring
    • 2–4 yrs high-conversion sales or counselling experience in EdTech / vocational training
    • Hands-on attitude—you’re happy to greet visitors, make calls and sort facility hiccups yourself
    • Fluency in English & Hindi plus working knowledge of CRMs and Google Sheets
    • Strong ownership, target focus and upbeat communication style

  • Pay & growth
    • ₹40–45 k fixed per month

    • Up to ₹10 k quarterly bonus
