Job Title: Admission Counsellor Location: DQ Learnings, Haldwani, Uttarakhand Employment Type: Full-time Reporting To: Centre Director About DQ Learnings DQ Learnings is a rapidly growing skill development institute focused on high-impact training in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Data Analytics, Graphic Design, and Animation. With a strong presence in North India, DQ Learnings is on a mission to empower youth with industry-ready digital skills. Key Responsibilities: Student Counselling: Interact with walk-ins, phone leads, and online inquiries to understand their career goals and suggest the most suitable courses. Lead Management: Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails, ensuring timely and effective conversion from inquiry to admission. Admissions Process: Handle end-to-end admission formalities including course briefing, fee structuring, documentation, and onboarding. Payment Collection & Follow-up: Collect course fees as per the schedule and maintain regular follow-ups with students for pending payments or EMI installments. CRM & Reporting: Update Zoho CRM daily with lead status, payment status, and conversion progress. Maintain reports and share daily admission and payment metrics with management. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly admission and revenue targets. Support in executing local marketing initiatives to generate more leads. Student Relationship Management: Ensure smooth pre-admission and post-admission engagement and act as a point of contact for student queries and support.
