Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counsellor at DQ Learnings, Ghaziabad. The Education Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling, educational consulting, and career counseling. Daily tasks include assessing students' educational needs, recommending courses, guiding career choices, and maintaining communication with students and parents. The role aims to help students navigate their educational paths effectively and achieve their career goals.

• Expertise in Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in understanding Education systems and student needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to educate and motivate students
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in the ed-tech industry is an advantage
