DQ Learnings is a fast-growing EdTech brand delivering premium digital-skills programs across India. As we launch our flagship Ghaziabad centre, we’re looking for a warm, energetic professional who can own both the front desk experience and high-impact tele-engagement with prospective students.

• Front Desk Excellence

  – Greet walk-in visitors, parents and vendors; manage visitor log, courier handling, stationery and hospitality while projecting a polished, student-first image.

• Telecalling & Lead Nurturing

  –
• Make outbound calls to fresh leads from webinars, campaigns, and referrals; convert interest into centre visits or online demos.
• Handle inbound enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email), answering programme queries with confidence.
• Capture every interaction in

  Zoho CRM

  , tagging lead source, stage and next-step per our Leads Blueprint.

• Appointment & Demo Scheduling

  – Coordinate counselling sessions and course demos for the Centre Director and counsellors; send automated reminders via CRM/Exotel.

• Follow-Up Discipline

  – Track leads from “New Lead → Demo Completed” and ensure all follow-ups happen within defined SLAs; escalate hot prospects instantly.

• Daily Coordination & Reporting

  – Liaise with sales, counselling, and marketing teams; prepare simple MIS on call volume, appointments, and conversions.
