Digital Marketing Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and practical training sessions on

  SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics

  .
• Design, update, and maintain course materials, training modules, and case studies.
• Provide hands-on training with real-time projects and campaign simulations.
• Track student progress and provide personalized mentoring, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure training content remains current.
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams to improve learning outcomes and ensure student satisfaction.
• Prepare students for certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) where applicable.
• Conduct workshops, doubt-clearing sessions, and career guidance sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum

  2–4 years of hands-on experience

  in Digital Marketing (agency, corporate, or freelance).
• Proven expertise in

  SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, and Content Strategy

  .
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, practical ways.
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator is a plus.
