Role Overview: As the Centre Head at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Telesales center in Kolkata. Your primary role includes daily floor management to drive expected business outcomes, ensuring team members are well-versed with the organization's products and services, and managing team performance through training, quality checks, and relationship management with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations and drive business outcomes from the allocated Telesales center - Ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, services, procedures, and guidelines - Manage and train Relationship Managers and authorized verifiers for the allocated center - Conduct training sessions on MBHI products, processes, guidelines, and soft skills to drive sales - Maintain quality standards and engage with stakeholders in partner banks - Resolve issues proactively and maintain industry standards in the respective sector Qualifications Required: - Graduate & Post Graduate in any field Additional Details: Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company is a rapidly growing organization with a strong focus on providing quality healthcare services and empowering individuals with control over their health decisions.
