The role requires a strong background in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphics, or related creative industries, along with the ability to teach selected modules and guide students toward industry standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Business & Admissions Management Achieve monthly and annual admission targets for long-term and short-term programs. Supervise BDM/Counsellors and drive enquiry-to-admission conversions. Approve discounts, fee structures, and special cases as per policy. Ensure proper CRM usage and monitor daily/weekly sales reports. 2. Academic & Teaching Responsibilities Teach selected subjects related to Animation, VFX, Gaming, Motion Graphics, or related areas. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on industry experience, excellent content and campaign skills, and the ability to mentor students with real-world digital marketing knowledge. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Manage social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business. Create ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video). Track leads, conversion rates, and marketing ROI. Improve online visibility, SEO performance, and brand reach. Create and manage content calendars, social media posts, reels, and stories. Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. 2.
