Job Description

We are looking for a result-oriented BDM / Counsellor with at least 5 years of experience in the education or training sector. The candidate will handle a combination of outdoor marketing and visits, lead generation, counselling, and indoor business development activities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys student interaction, field activities, and achieving monthly targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Lead Generation Conduct outdoor marketing activities: college/school visits, society visits, corporate tie-ups, canopy activities, stall setups, and community outreach. Generate leads through field activities, networking, and local market research. Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions in schools/colleges. 2. Counselling & Admissions Handle walk-ins and telephonic/online enquiries. Provide detailed counselling to students and parents regarding career paths and courses. Convert leads into admissions through consistent follow-ups. Assist in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for newly admitted students. 3. Business Development Maintain enquiry registers, follow-up sheets, and CRM entries. Contribute to monthly sales strategies and marketing plans. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission & revenue targets. Coordinate with academic and admin teams for seamless operations. 4. Communication & Representation Represent the institute professionally during school visits, events, and workshops. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in education counselling or business development. Proven experience in outdoor field marketing and visits. Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills. Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Suite CRM tools). Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance-based incentives linked to monthly admission and revenue targets.
