Job Description

Position Overview The Digital Marketing Executive & Trainer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the institute’s digital marketing activities while also teaching digital marketing modules to students. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on industry experience, excellent content and campaign skills, and the ability to mentor students with real-world digital marketing knowledge. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Manage social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business. Create ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video). Track leads, conversion rates, and marketing ROI. Improve online visibility, SEO performance, and brand reach. Create and manage content calendars, social media posts, reels, and stories. Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. 2. Teaching & Training Responsibilities Teach modules related to Digital Marketing, including: Social Media Marketing Google Ads & Meta Ads SEO (On-page & Off-page) Email Marketing Digital Strategy Content & Copywriting Basics Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) Conduct practical sessions, workshops, assignments, and real-time campaign demonstrations. Guide students on live projects, portfolios, and certification preparation (Google/META). Ensure industry-oriented training standards. 3. Content Creation & Branding Write marketing content, captions, ad copies, and website/blog content. Collaborate with designers for visuals, creatives, videos, and reels. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital platforms. 4. Lead Generation & CRM Create lead-generation strategies for admissions. Ensure proper tracking of leads, enquiries, and conversions. Work closely with counsellors/BDMs for follow-up campaigns and promotional activities. 5. Event & Campaign Coordination Plan and promote workshops, seminars, webinars, and special events. Coordinate influencer marketing, collaborations, and college outreach campaigns. Maintain relationships with vendors, printers, and advertising agencies when required. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platforms Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads expertise SEO tools: Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs (optional), Yoast, etc. Social media strategy & content creation Google Analytics & reporting skills Excellent communication & presentation skills (for teaching) Creative mindset with strong analytical ability Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once Experience with Canva, basic video editing, or creative direction is a plus Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, IT, or related fields. Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing. Teaching/training experience is an added advantage (not mandatory but preferred). Certifications from Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc. are beneficial.
