Center Operations

• Oversee daily center operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Maintain infrastructure, facilities, and vendor coordination
• Ensure adherence to institutional policies and SOPs

Admissions and Revenue Management

• Drive student admissions and enrollment targets
• Monitor lead conversion, walk-ins, and counseling effectiveness
• Coordinate with marketing teams for local promotions and events

Academic Coordination

• Coordinate with faculty for class schedules, attendance, and assessments
• Ensure timely conduct of lectures, exams, and academic activities
• Handle student grievances and academic queries professionally

Team Leadership and HR

• Lead, motivate, and manage counselors, coordinators, and admin staff
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
• Ensure discipline, productivity, and team engagement

Student Experience & Retention

• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement
• Handle escalations, complaints, and retention strategies
• Build a positive learning and campus culture

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with institutional, regulatory, and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and documentation
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management
