1. Responsible for centre sales target.

2. Responsible for training counsellors.

3. Have to coordinate with respective teams (slimming & beauty) for up-selling.

4. Have to Identify and appreciate the good work of the counsellors.

5. Responsible for team bonding.

6. Have to monitor the day-to-day activities and see that employees work properly.

7. Monitoring and motivating the teams to reach their respective targets.

8. Responsible for maintaining the entire centre departments to function properly.

9. Employee timings & grooming maintenance.

10. All department records books maintenance & Cross verification of the package details and signature is a must.

11. Updating sale and walk-in messages for every 2hrs (time band messages) has to post by CM.

12. Respond to emails and messages in the group for sales, leads, feedback and any other info if required.

13. Stock in Hand Products and cash related & Loan disbursements and billings everything should know by the branch manager no deviations.

14. All the loan process should know the branch manager Too. and need to get a complete DM approval process in the sales groups in case of any special approval is required from the management.

15. All the weekly reports and day-to-day & time band reports have to post by CM only.

16. Doctors' weekoffs and leaves approved need to update through mail CC to the Call centre manager and concerned Doctors' HOD and Beauty HOD and the same mail screenshot needs to post in the branch sales group to know the management.
