Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Center Manager. The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the center, ensure the delivery of high-quality educational services, and manage staff and resources. Responsibilities include setting and achieving operational goals, maintaining registrations and compliance, addressing client and student concerns, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring an efficient and productive learning environment. This role requires a proactive approach to driving the success of the center.

Qualifications

• Operational and team management skills to oversee center activities and coordinate staff operations
• Client and student relationship management skills, including addressing concerns and fostering a positive environment
• Organizational skills for managing schedules, maintaining compliance, and allocating resources effectively
• Leadership and problem-solving skills to drive the success of the center
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication to handle correspondence, reports, and team coordination
• Prior experience in education management or related roles is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
