Role Description

We are seeking a qualified individual for the full-time on-site position of Center Manager based in Bengaluru. The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations and facilities management of the coworking and managed office center. Responsibilities include supervising the front desk, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing tenant relationships, coordinating with the operations and support teams, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained. Additionally, the role involves implementing efficient processes, meeting targets, and supporting the company's overall goals while fostering a vibrant and professional office environment.

• Customer service, client interaction, and tenant relationship management skills
• Operations management, facility supervision, and logistics coordination experience
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities
• Experience in reporting, target achievement, and contributing to overall operational success
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software/tools
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
• Prior experience in coworking, serviced offices, or real estate operations is advantageous
