About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead our centre’s business performance, operations, and training quality. This role is responsible for driving revenue, optimizing centre operations, and building a high-performing team that consistently delivers strong outcomes.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Business Performance

• Own and drive the Centre’s P&L, ensuring profitability and achievement of revenue targets.
• Lead mobilization, placement, and training performance in line with business goals.
• Build and expand partnerships with schools, colleges, and community networks to fuel centre growth.

Centre Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day centre operations; prioritize and delegate tasks for smooth functioning.
• Design and implement operational and marketing plans aligned with BU strategy.
• Maintain infrastructure, resources, and quality standards across all functions.
• Ensure strong process compliance, reporting, and operational discipline.

People Leadership

• Recruit, train, and develop centre staff to build a high-performing team.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
• Resolve conflicts and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Ensure optimal manpower planning and productivity across teams.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in centre/branch management, operations, or training-led businesses.

✔ Strong P&L ownership with a proven ability to achieve revenue and operational targets.

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

✔ Ability to develop external partnerships and drive mobilization initiatives.

✔ Strong operational and quality-management focus.

✔ Experience: 5–10 years in Centre/Branch Operations, Training, EdTech, Skilling, or Services
