1. Centre Operations: Monitor and handle the day-to-day operations of the Centre of Excellence.
2. Quality Training: Ensure high-quality training at the centre.
3. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with the Project Manager, HO team, funding partner, academic institution, and placement industries for smooth centre operations.
4. Course Development: Develop an in-depth understanding of various skill development courses offered by the organization.
5. Industry Partnerships: Establish connections with manufacturing and service industries for on-job-training tie-ups and work-integrated courses.
6. Placement Partnerships: Plan and schedule meetings with industries for placement partnerships and industry exposure during training.
7. Database Development: Create a database of potential companies and organizations for employment opportunities of trained students.
8. Student Support: Coordinate with students and resolve their problems related to training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
